1.Characteristic
This machine set adopt bottom blow type to produce polypropylene plastic film with good fransparency and without such phenomena as flow liner,corrugation and fold,etc.
This screw mariatel cylinder is elabroately made of 38CRMOALA alloy steel after nitrogen treatment and has best rigigity and corosion resion resistance.
The nould head is plated with hard chromium and has screw mandrel structrue with uniform and smooth material discharging.And the aircooled device has labyrinth type stucture with characteristica as uniform air-jut quantity, automatic temperature control and automatic heating.
The coiling device adopts torque motor to keep proper tension with even rolling and convenient roll replacing.

2. Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
Answer:Our factory is located in Rui'an City, Zhejiang Province, China.The nearest airport is Wenzhou airport,From Shanghai to Wenzhou by air about 1 hour.we can go Wenzhou airport pick you.
3. Q: How about you to keep the quality and th after—sales service?
Answer:Our idea is“QUALITY IS THE FIRST IS THE MAOST IMPORTANT".We insit for the long time business, not once time business. From beginning to end, we will reply and try to solve within 12 hours.
4. Q: How about the payment term?
Answer: For new customer, our payment terms is 30% T/T in advance before production, the balance 70% should be paid before delivery.
5. What about warranty and do the engineers available to overseas?
Answer: One year warranty. During this period, if the machine has some problems, our engineers can go abroad to fix for you.But buyer need provided the ticket,food,hotel cost etc.
6.What about the service after sale?
Answer: One you have bought our machine, you can call us or email us telling us the machine problems and any questions about the machines. We will reply to youwith 12 hours and help you to slove the problem.
7.How about machine testing?
Answer: If you come,we will test machine with you toghther,If you need special material to test,please take it.If you can’t come.we will test it by ourselves and sendthe video to you for your reference.
